Milford stores can sell all alcohol off-premises

The law lets certain Milford off‑premises licenses switch from wine-and-malt only to all alcoholic beverages for take-home sales. It applies only to the licenses named in Section 1 of Chapter 289 of the Acts of 2022. The town licensing board carries out the conversions. The law takes effect upon passage.
