More West Tisbury households qualify for housing

The West Tisbury Affordable Housing Trust can fund community housing for households earning up to 150% of Dukes County’s median household income. The limit uses U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development data and changes as those data are updated. This authority overrides conflicting state laws and local bylaws. Community Preservation Act funds remain subject to that act’s separate income limits.
