Department leave bank for Kathleen Rodrigue

The Chief Medical Examiner's office establishes a sick leave bank for Kathleen Rodrigue. Any employee of the Department may donate one or more sick, personal, or vacation days. Bank days can be used only for the illness or disability that led to creating the bank. The Department decides if an absence qualifies. If Kathleen leaves the Department or asks to end the bank, leftover days move to the extended illness leave bank. The act takes effect upon passage.
