Sick leave bank for David A. Russell

The Department of Corrections establishes a sick leave bank for David A. Russell. Any coworker in his office may donate one or more sick, personal, or vacation days to it. Days can be used only for absences tied to the illness or disability that led to this bank. The Department of Corrections decides if an absence is related. If he leaves the job or asks to end the bank, any remaining days move to the DOC extended illness leave bank.
