COVID-19 flexibilities stay through June 2027
This emergency law keeps existing COVID-19 measures in place longer. It moves two expiration dates from March 31, 2025 to June 30, 2027. The extensions cover measures first passed in 2021 and 2022. People, providers, and programs using these temporary rules can keep doing so until June 30, 2027. The law makes no new programs, funding, or eligibility changes.
