Walter Guertin pension set at 32 years

Walter L. Guertin’s municipal pension is based on 32 years of creditable service. This applies as of November 17, 2017. The law overrides sections 4(2)(b) and 4(2)(c) of chapter 32 and any other law. The Attleboro Retirement Board must pay him any amounts owed from his retirement date through the law’s passage. His retirement allowance remains subject to section 103 of chapter 32.
