Boston police age limit waived for Antonio Pires

The Boston Police Department must waive its maximum age rule for Antonio Pires. He must meet all other hiring requirements for original appointment. If he does, his name can be certified for appointment as a police officer. This law overrides other laws, including Chapter 43 of the Acts of 2007. It takes effect upon passage.
