Fixed routes and destinations for port trucks

Beginning June 1, 2026, trucks with a heavy weight port corridor permit must stay on the exact route printed on the permit. No detours are allowed between Seagirt Marine Terminal and the listed destination. Regulations also name the only destinations allowed for these trips. These permits cover a truck hauling only a sealed international container on a semitrailer, up to 100,000 pounds, with required axles and spacing. The new rules give clearer directions but limit routing options and where you may legally go.
