Environmental health licensing board continues

The law keeps the State Board of Environmental Health Specialists in the Department. It extends the Board’s laws and regulations through July 1, 2032. The Act takes effect June 1, 2026. After July 1, 2032, the title and any rules end unless the Board is reestablished under the Maryland Program Evaluation Act. It adds no new fees, taxes, or programs.
