Baltimore County code recognized statewide

Beginning July 1, 2026, the 2025 Baltimore County Code and any supplement count as legal evidence statewide. Maryland courts and public officials must accept them as proof of the General Assembly’s local laws they contain. This applies only to the 2025 edition and its supplements, and only to parts enacted by the General Assembly.
