90-day blood test window for contestants

Beginning October 1, 2026, license applicants must show recent blood tests. The tests must cover HIV antibodies, hepatitis B antigen, and hepatitis C antibodies. All results must be negative. Tests must be done within the last 90 days. Licensed contestants must also show this proof within 90 days before a contest when the State Athletic Commission directs it. Documents must be satisfactory to the Commission.
