Courts recognize 2025 Baltimore County Code

Beginning July 1, 2026, the 2025 Baltimore County Code and any supplement count as legal evidence of Maryland laws. Courts and state and local officials must accept them as proof of the laws printed there. This applies only to parts that contain laws passed by the Maryland General Assembly. It does not add new taxes, fees, or payments for households.
