Community colleges must provide on-campus contraception

By August 1, 2025, every Maryland community college puts a plan in place. The plan must provide access to all FDA‑approved over‑the‑counter contraception on campus. Access can be through the student health center, campus stores, vending machines, or another on‑campus method. Colleges must develop the plan with students and student groups. A college may ask the Maryland Department of Health for help, including vending‑machine options.
