Annual whistleblower notice for utility workers
The law requires public utilities and competitive electricity providers to send a whistleblower rights notice every year. The notice must be in plain English and at least 12-point type. It must be sent by itself, not with other messages. Companies must send it to people currently doing paid work under a contract of hire, and to their affiliated interests and utility contractors.
