Utilities must send annual whistleblower notice

Beginning June 22, 2025, public utilities and competitive electricity providers must send a yearly notice of whistleblower rights. The notice goes to people doing paid work for them under a contract of hire at that time. It also goes to their affiliated companies and utility contractors. It must be in plain English, printed in at least 12-point type, and sent separately from any other message.
