Marine harvesters: quick suspensions for missing reports
Some licenses require daily reports under department rules. The law sets a clear process to suspend a license when those reports are missing. The Department may email you at the address on your application. If you still have not reported within 2 days of when it was due, the Department may mail a notice that lists the missing information. The mailed notice is treated as received 3 days after it is sent. You then have 3 business days after receipt to send the missing information or ask for a hearing. If you do not, the Department suspends your license or certificate.
