New limits for cannabis businesses after testing

This emergency law takes effect immediately. After a product passes required testing, cannabis businesses cannot further process it in a way that raises state-listed contaminants or other tested factors. Using cannabis concentrate to make an edible is not treated as further processing. But edible products still must meet the state’s edible testing rule.
