Courts get fuller extreme risk order records
Maine’s extreme risk protection order process requires the court to receive copies of the judge’s endorsement and all attachments. The person sending these records must also include the notice to the restricted person and the date notice was given. The law took effect immediately upon the Governor’s signature.
