Large recovery homes: less aid, state pays towns

If you live in a recovery residence with 26 or more beds, your town caps housing help at 70% of its limit for smaller recovery homes (25 beds or fewer). Towns must use this lower cap for these large homes. The state reimburses towns 100% for the housing help they give to residents in these large homes. This shifts the cost to the state but does not raise your aid above the 70% cap.
