Licensed fantasy operators pay 10% fee

If you run a licensed fantasy contest, you pay 10% of gross revenues to the state. This applies once your gross fantasy contest revenues are $100,000 or more. The Director collects the money and deposits it in the General Fund. Revenues you earn while operating before your license is approved are included.

Paid fantasy contests need two players

Paid fantasy contests must have at least two contestants. Every contestant must pay an entry fee. The operator cannot be a contestant in their own contest.
