More Maine residents in jury pools
Beginning January 1, 2028, counties use broader lists to pick jurors. They must include licensed drivers, state ID holders, registered voters, and people getting state unemployment benefits. You can ask the county court clerk to add you to the jury source list in your county. The Supreme Judicial Court may allow other lists to supplement these.
