Dental providers: fees set and capped
The director can set fees by rule for dental licenses and permits. Fees must be reasonable and needed. No single fee for one purpose can be more than $550. For an initial license or renewal under section 18342, or a permit under section 18379, the cap is $1,000. For an initial license or renewal under section 18345, the cap is $200. These rules apply starting June 29, 2023.
