Dental providers: new fee caps in place
The director of the Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation sets dental license and permit fees by rule. Most fees are capped at $550. Initial and renewal licenses under section 18342 and permits under section 18379 cannot exceed $1,000. Licenses under section 18345 cannot exceed $200. The law took effect immediately and applies back to June 29, 2023.
