The state funds advocacy for people with intellectual disabilities. Starting July 1, 2025, Disability Rights Maine receives $50,000 in 2025-26 and $50,000 in 2026-27. The money must be used to provide advocacy services for this group. Funding is ongoing under the Disability Rights Center.
