Extra Noxubee court fees extended to 2030

Noxubee County may add extra fees in Justice Court by resolution of the Board of Supervisors. It charges up to $50 on each conviction or nonadjudication under the Mississippi Implied Consent Law. It charges up to $25 on each other misdemeanor conviction or nonadjudication, and on each civil case filed. These fees are on top of other court costs. All money goes to the Noxubee County Capital Improvements Fund for county projects. This authority lasts until July 1, 2030.
