State tie bids favor Mississippi Blind Industries

Funding and rules for Mississippi Auctioneers Commission

The state provides $117,462 to the Mississippi Auctioneers Commission for July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The commission must keep full accounting and personnel records in the same format used in FY 2026. Its FY 2028 budget request must match the detail and format used for FY 2027. The commission cannot spend or obligate more than this appropriation, and officers can be held personally or on official bonds responsible for violations. These rules begin July 1, 2026.
