Court transcript fees rise, clerk copy free

Beginning July 1, 2026, parties who order court transcripts pay $4.00 per page. This charge is added as court costs to whoever gets the transcript or a copy. Court reporters must use fonts, spacing, and indents that reasonably minimize the number of pages. They must file an original and one copy with the clerk, and cannot charge for the clerk’s copy.
