More disaster aid and local recovery loans

Upon passage, the state moves $145 million for disaster recovery. $20 million goes to the Disaster Assistance Trust Fund for response and recovery. $125 million goes to the 2026 Local Governments Disaster Recovery Emergency Loan Fund to finance local recovery loans. These are one-time transfers from the Capital Expense Fund. People in disaster-hit areas benefit through state aid and local rebuilding efforts.
