More county funding for Byhalia Arts

The Marshall County Board of Supervisors can give up to $7,500 each fiscal year to the Byhalia Area Arts Council. The council must be a qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This replaces the old $1,500 yearly cap. The Board chooses each year whether to give money. This authority is in effect now and lasts through July 1, 2028.
