Online access to all legislation

The Legislative Services Division provides an electronic copy of every bill, resolution, and amendment. These copies are available to the public. The law does not set timing, file format, or any fees. This requirement is in effect now.

Fees to buy printed legislative records

The Legislative Services Division sells a complete printed set of each session's proceedings. You must pay a price set by the Legislative Council before you receive it. Mailed sets include an extra per-set mailing fee. You can buy single copies of bills, resolutions, or amendments at length-based prices. You can buy status sheets or a daily mailed subscription for fees set to cover costs. All money collected goes to the state general fund.
