Adds home builders and fire chiefs to council

The law expands the Montana Building Codes Council from 12 to 13 members. It adds seats for a home building industry representative and a Montana State Fire Chiefs' Association representative. The governor appoints members unless a seat is chosen by a board or agency. Members serve three-year terms and can be removed by the governor; members receive compensation under state law. Existing seats for an architect, engineer, contractor, inspector, electrician, plumber, elevator mechanic, DPHHS, and the state fire marshal remain.
