Historical Society accounts keep running

The law removes the end date for two Historical Society special revenue accounts. They are the Montana Historical Society Membership Special Revenue Account and the Montana Original Governor's Mansion Special Revenue Account. These accounts continue instead of shutting down. The change takes effect on passage and approval.
