Counties keep metal mines tax share to 2035

The law keeps the current county share of the metal mines license tax through June 30, 2035. Most parts of the 2015 law still end on June 30, 2027, but Section 1 stays active until June 30, 2035. The related statutory appropriation continues, so counties keep getting these payments. No tax rates or distribution formulas change.
