Auction or lottery for antelope and swan licenses

You can enter an auction or a lottery for a chance at the single either-sex antelope license and the single swan license offered statewide each year. The Fish and Wildlife Commission sets the rules for these licenses and how the sale or drawing works. A conservation group may run the sale and keep up to 10% of the money for expenses. The rest of the money must go to antelope and migratory game bird conservation, on top of other funding the department already uses.
