The law declares that the World Health Organization, the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum have no jurisdiction in Montana. State and local agencies, including counties, cities, school districts, special districts, and joint entities, cannot enforce or help enforce their mandates. These governments also cannot spend public money or use public resources to enforce those mandates. The law takes effect on passage and approval.
