Health privacy rules for mental health apps

The law defines which apps and sites count as mental health digital services. They collect mental health or substance use info, market mental health help, and use that info to give care. If a covered service handles your health information for you, it must follow Montana's health privacy rules. If it wrongly shares your covered information, you can use state legal remedies to enforce your rights.
