Adult education fund ends July 2025

Beginning July 1, 2025, Montana repeals the law that created the Adult Basic Education Fund. The repeal removes the state rule for how money is sent to adult education programs and providers. Programs and providers that relied on that statute lose that specific funding authority. The law does not create a replacement fund or a transition plan.
