Online Medicaid help from community assisters

Beginning May 1, 2026, Montana runs an online portal to help with Medicaid. You can pick one or more community assisters in the portal. They can check your application or renewal status and read notices. They can report changes, see what you need to do, and update your contact info. If enabled, they can also submit applications and upload verification documents for you.
