This law lets hobbyist beekeepers keep more hives and register more sites in Montana. You can own up to 10 hives on your registered hobbyist apiary site (up from 5). You can hold up to 5 hobbyist apiary site registrations as an individual (up from 1). A family unit can hold up to 5 registrations (up from 2).
