City and county bonds for unserved broadband

Beginning January 1, 2028, cities and counties can sell bonds to pay for broadband projects. The project must serve only unserved or underserved areas, or places that have only satellite internet. This opens more financing options for local networks and providers. People in those areas can get new or better internet service as projects move forward.
