New rules for massage board seats

The law sets the Board of Massage Therapy at five members. One seat is for a health care provider who does not own a massage therapy school. Three seats are for massage therapists who do not own such a school, and no two can belong to the same national professional association. One seat is for a public member. School owners are barred from the health care provider seat and the three massage therapist seats. The board remains housed in the state department.
