Flathead Reservation law extended to 2031

The law extends the 2021 state-tribal jurisdiction arrangement in Lake County and the Flathead Indian Reservation. It now ends on June 30, 2031. The law takes effect on passage and approval. Until 2031, the same enforcement and criminal-jurisdiction rules stay in place; after that, they end unless the legislature renews them.
