Higher court fee for foreclosure sales

The law raises the clerk’s fee to issue an execution or order of sale in a lien foreclosure from $5 to $25. The person who requests the order pays this each time. Of the $25, $20 goes to the county district court fund or, if none exists, the county general fund for district court operations. The remaining $5 goes to the state general fund.
