Community health aides continue; Medicaid coverage sought

Montana removes old end dates for the Community Health Aide Program, so it continues. The state health department must ask federal Medicaid officials to allow coverage for care from certified community health aides. Medicaid can pay for these services only after federal approval. The law takes effect right away. The state also sends notice to all federally recognized tribal governments in Montana.
