Chief Justice now appoints bar exam board

The Chief Justice of the Montana Supreme Court appoints the attorneys' examining board. Members must be Montana bar members in good standing. The Chief Justice can remove any member and appoint a replacement at any time. The board can have no more than seven members. A majority of members is a quorum and can run bar exams. The Chief Justice sets the board’s duties and the exam rules.
