More time to finalize Fort Peck water reservations

The law extends water reservations above Fort Peck Dam set by the July 1, 1992 final order. It keeps municipal and conservation district reservations in place until each one is perfected. A reservation can still be revoked under 85-2-316. These reservations remain subject to 85-20-1401 when that law applies.
