Fort Peck water reservations extended

Montana extends certain state water reservations above Fort Peck Dam. It covers reservations the Board issued to cities and conservation districts in a final order on July 1, 1992. Each listed reservation stays active until it is perfected or revoked under 85-2-316. This keeps those holders’ place in line for water while projects move ahead.
