Clearer rules for one-way roads

The transportation department or a local authority can mark roads, parts of roads, or lanes as one-way. They must post official signs showing the direction. On a posted one-way road, you must drive only in the shown direction.

Roundabout right-of-way and towing rules

The law sets clear roundabout rules. When you go around a rotary island or roundabout, you must keep to the right of the island or center. Vehicles already in the circle have the right-of-way, and approaching drivers must yield. On multi-lane approaches, a towing vehicle may leave its lane to enter or go around safely, with signals on and due care. Drivers going the same way must let the towing vehicle in and must not pass it on that approach. If two towing vehicles enter at the same time, the one on the left goes first. The law defines “roundabout” and “towing vehicle” for these rules.
