Natural resources funding rules extended to 2029

Beginning July 1, 2025, the law keeps the 2021 and 2023 natural resource account and general fund transfer rules in place until June 30, 2029. It extends the termination date for the Natural Resources Operations State Special Revenue Account revisions and the related General Fund Transfer. It does not change fees, taxes, eligibility, or funding levels—only the end date.
