AN ACT TO ALLOW THE REGISTER OF DEEDS TO REFUSE TO RECORD CERTAIN SUSPICIOUS INSTRUMENTS, TO AUTHORIZE THE REGISTER OF DEEDS TO REQUIRE NON-TRUSTED SUBMITTERS TO PRODUCE A GOVERNMENT-ISSUED PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION CARD BEFORE RECORDING A DEED OR CERTAIN OTHER INSTRUMENTS, TO REQUIRE THE REGISTER OF DEEDS TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO A FRAUD DETECTION ALERT SYSTEM, TO REQUIRE A STUDY OF ALTERNATIVE FRAUD DETECTION ALERT SYSTEMS, AND TO PROVIDE FOR AN EXPEDITED CAUSE OF ACTION TO QUIET TITLE AFTER AN ATTEMPTED FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCE.
