AN ACT TO ALLOW THE ISSUANCE OF LIFETIME CONCEALED HANDGUN PERMITS, TO PROVIDE THAT A CONCEALED CARRY PERMITTEE WHO ALLOWS THE PERMIT TO LAPSE DOES NOT HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER FIREARMS SAFETY AND TRAINING COURSE UPON APPLYING FOR RENEWAL UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS, TO PROTECT THE PROPERTY RIGHTS OF PERSONS SUBJECT TO A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PROTECTIVE ORDER BY ALLOWING THEM TO STORE THEIR FIREARMS WITH OR SELL THEIR FIREARMS THROUGH A QUALIFIED LICENSED FIREARMS DEALER, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE STORAGE AND USE OF DEFENSIVE DEVICES IN BIOMETRIC SAFES FOR SCHOOLS.
