AN ACT AUTHORIZING HOSPITALS TO PETITION THE COURT FOR APPROVAL TO DISCHARGE INCAPACITATED ADULT PATIENTS IN CASES IN WHICH PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE HEALTH CARE DECISIONS ON BEHALF OF THESE PATIENTS ARE UNWILLING TO CONSENT TO DISCHARGE.
