The law names the U.S. Highway 52 overpass in Carrington the S/Sgt. Miles Shelley WWII bridge. The North Dakota Department of Transportation must place signs with the new name. The department may accept appropriate donated signs or donated money for these signs. Donated money is available to the department on a continuing basis for this purpose. The law takes effect immediately.
